Customer Service Representative (Healthcare)

Pay Rate: $16.80/hour

Our client, a trusted health insurance plan provider, is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative (Healthcare) who will be responsible for researching and responding to telephone and written inquiries in a prompt, accurate and objective manner.

The Customer Service Representative will be doing customer service onsite taking member & provider calls and be able to help them with their concerns, complaints, etc.

This Customer Service Representative (Healthcare) job has incentive bonuses once training is complete and once converted.

The client is looking for Customer Service Representatives who can and are willing to start on September 26, 2022.

Job Qualifications:
– Customer Service Representative should at least have a High School Diploma or GED
– The Customer Service Representative should also have experience in a call center.
– Experience in a healthcare environment is required for this customer service role.
– Data Entry experience
– Able to work onsite in Chicago office
– Able to multi task
