Our client, a trusted health insurance plan provider, is looking to hire a customer service representative who will be responsible for answering inbound provider phone calls to Utilization Management ? research inquiries and provide excellent customer service to our providers and business partners
- 2-4 years of Customer Service/Call Center experience in Healthcare or equivalent related experience Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or other comparable software
- High School Diploma or GED
- Able to work Remotely
- Must have high speed internet connection of at least 100Mbpsdownload and 20 Mbps upload.
