Data Analyst ? PHP Informatics
Location: Remote – USA
Job Type: Direct Hire ? Full Time
On behalf of our client we are looking to hire a Data Analyst.
Key Responsibilities/Deliverables
- Leveraging data to evaluate provider efficiency (administrative, cost, quality perspective) and to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Using dashboarding tool to visualize provider performance or contracting data.
- Leveraging data to improve provider engagement and satisfaction.
- Infrastructure building (report documentation including but not limited to writing business (technical) requirement documentation, producing quality check documentation etc.)
Required Skills
- Strong coding in SAS and SQL to drive analytics utilization of visual analytics such as Tableau
- Subject matter expertise in health plan data such as claims and provider contracting, network or access to care.
- Ability to understand business requirements and to translate that to technical specifications.
- Ability to learn multiple tools and socialize, engage, and adopt business stakeholders on these tools.
- Basic understanding of statistical concept preferred but not required.
- Ability to work on competing priorities without compromising the quality work.
