IT Systems Administrator

Responsibilities:
As IT Systems Administrator, you will work with Culligan's businesses across the Americas overseeing the day to day management of key infrastructure systems and platforms. This role is responsible for managing, troubleshooting, monitoring and remediating systems' issues and maintaining Culligan's infrastructure environment. Within this role, you would have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of technologies, contribute to deployment and adoption of key technologies used, and continuously improving the usage of our technology stack. An ideal candidate would have a baseline understanding of Office 365, Azure Technologies, telephony administration experience and core infrastructure systems such as backup services, email filtering and standard monitoring and alerting tools.
Responsibilities:
- Escalation point for the Desktop Services team
- Monitor and maintain backup systems, email filter solution
- Monitor and maintain on-premise and cloud infrastructure (patching, maintenance)
- Configure and support Cloud Telephony solution (Ring Central)
- Be a terrific partner across the various Culligan businesses to deliver business outcomes through the effective and efficient use of technology.
- Maintain technical documentation and cross train peers where appropriate
- Work with team to ensure timely closure of incidents and requests
- Identify common trends/problems across Culligan?s systems
- Responsible for monitoring and ensuring completion of system maintenance
- Provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Associates Degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of relevant experience as a systems administrator
- Experience with Active Directory (Group Policy Objects, DNS, DHCP, DNS)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Experience performing Office 365 administration including Intune (MDM) & Azure AD
- Experience managing servers and infrastructure operating in Azure Cloud (Azure VMs, Virtual Networks)
- Experience using or writing scripts to perform bulk user or computer activities
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and act as an escalation point for the desktop team
- Update or create new technical documentation for common systems and tasks in Culligan?s environment
