Duration: Direct hire (Fully-time)

Responsibilities:

• Manage effective stakeholder engagement strategy to ensure portfolio alignment to value-focused requests and initiatives
• Correlate back-end data with front end processes and provide insightful KPIs to share with decision makers
• Partner with business to create government reports that accurately represent the business process performance
• Work as a liaison between AO, IT and business units
• Identify reports that can be scheduled in production and work with production team
• Drive business decisions, offer insight, and weigh risks
• Manage reporting communications analysis and insights to decision makers

Qualification:

• Health system knowledge with emphasis on clinic and provider operations, including workflow and performance improvement reporting and analysis
• Supervisory, team lead and/or management experience in Data and Analytics space leading clinic based reporting and analytical projects
• Master?s degree preferred
• Experience with delivery system clinical operations management systems such as Epic (Hyperspace, Reporting Workbench, Clarity, Caboodle and Slicer Dicer)
• Experience with analytical tools (SQL, SAS, Tableau, Mede Analytics, etc.)
• Proven experience in successful communications at all levels organizational levels (clinic operator to COO and CFO). This includes providing actionable recommendations to the business to inform data-driven decision making
• Strategic thinker with a track record in developing and executing plans
