Position: Operational Analyst
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 month contract with possible extension
Pay Rate: $64.50/hr
Key Responsibilities/Deliverables:

responsible for performing the day today monitoring of critical business flows, take ownership of triaging critical/high incidents & work with the product teams.
Required Skills:
-
Working experience in GCP, Teradata, Data Stage, Hadoop – Hive, HBase, BDM and PySpartk
-
Experience on monitoring tools like Splunk, Autosys, Dynatrace, Ambari and Oozie workflows
-
Understanding on Alteryx, QlikSense tools Knowledge on Windows and UNIX shell scripts
-
Basic knowledge on ITIL processes like Incident, Problem and Change Management.

Strong Big Data Analytical and Problem-solving skills
-
Ability to collaborate and communicate well with FR and application Product Teams

Should have working experience in Automation of processes

Should have passion on Process Improvement and Automation

Willingness to continuously learn and innovate.
