Position: Solution Architect
Client: Tier 1 Automotive Supplier
Duration: 36 month contract with possible extension
Location: Hybrid – Dearborn, MI
Key Responsibilities/Deliverables:

Ensure internal and external partners requirements are taken into consideration when making architecture recommendations and align with all stakeholders
-
Guide the product teams to adopt Ford cloud strategy
-
Work with external suppliers to align COTS/SaaS products capability to strategy
-
Become knowledgeable in the use of required COTS/SaaS products
-
Assist in development of training material for architects and other users
-
Provide a regular cadence with partners for information sharing and capability demonstrations
-
Support efforts of Architecture Management in driving and maintaining standards
-
Prepare presentation materials for various audiences
-
Research and evaluate new technologies and tools and participate in PoC effort
Required Skills:
-
Bachelor?s Degree
-
4+ years of experience in interoperability standards and methods
-
4+ years of experience with React/Java technologies, RESTful Web Services, Spring Frameworks (Spring Boot, Spring Integration, MVC and Spring Cloud Services), Database, and/or Messaging architectures
-
4+ years of full application/system development lifecycle knowledge and experience
-
4+ years of experience with microservices architecture and implementation technologies
-
3+ years of experience as lead architect on multiple large-scale product or enterprise initiatives
