Position Title:  Sr. Emergency Response Analyst
Location: Remote position
Duration: 3 months

Senior Analyst (Emergency Response, individual contributor)
This role is primarily responsible for providing support to the business continuity, emergency response, crisis management and physical security organizations. The Senior Analyst responsibilities include identification of issues, design/development of solutions to specific issues/use cases, delivery of solution and general project/program support for emergency response. This person will be a capable, strong hand that can effectively and efficiently facilitate activities independently.
Primary responsibilities include
• Development project deploy updated emergency response program to sites. This includes: deploying the updated emergency response plan in BC in the Cloud, identifying and training emergency response team members and coordinating reporting of training and fire drills. Complete full implementation
• Assist with managing backlog emergency response support activities
• Complete analysis and recommendation for emergency response program improvements
• Develop procedures, frameworks, templates, training and work instructions to address emergency response planning
• Develop project management framework for monitoring emergency response program responsibilities and annual requirements.
• Managing specific health and safety activities including: location AED inventory, first aid kit inventory and CPR training
• Coordinate, develop and manage Elevate program in partnership with HR/business stakeholders to promote participation in emergency response programs
• Monitoring/facilitating ongoing project tracking and emergency response metrics
• Assist with documentation and analysis activities as requested by AVP

You have a deep understanding of:
• Emergency response and crisis management programs and systems. BC in the Cloud experience preferred.
• Project management and change management
• Identification, assessment and implementation (including design/planning for integrated platforms) of emergency response tools/systems
• Keylight or similar enterprise risk management platform experience a plus
• Experience with Everbridge/VCC (Virtual Command Center) experience a plus.
Your Experience
• Minimum 5 years demonstrated experience in emergency response/crisis management programs at a national or enterprise level
• Minimum 5 years experience with health and safety at a national or enterprise level
• Minimum 5 years experience with project management
• Industry certification(s)
