 This is a one year contract opportunity with one of the largest privately help companies in Chicago.  If you have experience managing Statement of Work engagements or a background in compliance or procurement we want to hear from you! 

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring of team mailbox to field new SOWs for set up, requests for SOW updates from business partners and other support related inquiries as needed
  • Ensure timely completion of SOW creation or SOW updates based on internally defined SLAs within procurement
  • Maintain an updated Desk SOP “Standard Operating Procedures” for day-to-day operations so that the program functions efficiently
  • Evaluate all processes with an eye to effectiveness and efficiency. Implement new processes and enhance current process to strengthen efficiency
  • Maintain accurate and complete Fieldglass records for all in-scope workers
  • Manage the resolution of issues with suppliers, or internal stakeholders which may include troubleshooting integrations between Fieldglass and other internal systems (HR, Identify management etc.)
  • Consistently exhibit friendly, professional customer service and problem-solving capabilities
  • As needed, train end users or suppliers on defined business processes and Fieldglass tool functionality
  • Facilitate a compliant onboarding process including all pre-employment protocols are met

Required Job Qualifications: 

  • College Degree, or 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • PC proficiency including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Outlook. Excel skills should include familiarity with VLOOKUP and other basic formula capabilities
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to function in ambiguous and/or time-sensitive situations

Desired Job Qualifications: 

  • Work experience within a centralized contingent labor PMO (MSP or client led)
  • Hands on experience with any of the leading VMS tools, ideally Fieldglass
  • Calm demeanor under pressure with an ability to maintain professionalism during difficult exchanges with clients
