Accounts Receivable Coordinator

What you’ll be doing…
- Overseeing all aspects of the accounts department, including processing customer invoices and other administrative tasks
- Accurately processing and recording customer payments and checks on a regular basis
- Communicating effectively with customers to facilitate payment of overdue invoices
- Utilizing relevant software programs for invoice processing and data recording
- Resolving any discrepancies related to invoices
- Answering phone calls in a friendly and professional manner
- Providing backup support to the accounting team and assisting with project-based assignments
The right person has…
- A minimum of a high school degree with accounting experience (Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred)
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships with customers
- The ability to work independently and demonstrate proficiency in basic computer software (such as the Microsoft Office suite)
