Change Management Consultant
Hours: Part-Time 20 hours per week
Location: Fully Remote
Job Type: Contract
Duration: 18 months
Our client, a leading business consultancy, is looking for Change Management Consultants to join their team. These Change Management Consultants will be working on a team-based project focused on helping a Fortune 100 utility elevate its customer experience and establish and sustain a robust foundation of products and platforms that serve its customer base. This is an opportunity to support a series of agile / continuous release of features and functions that improve digital service operations and facilitate effective and timely communications to customers and drive adoption.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3-5 year experience
- Prosci Certified Change Practitioner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent infographic skills (PowerPoint, visualizations) to support communications
- Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with others
- Comfortable in working in an agile environment (products Vs. projects)
- Experience / Familiar with Customer Facing/Focused products and platforms
