Position: Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Romulus, MI
Duration: 47 weeks, 5 days contract with possible extension
Pay Rate: $52.30/hr

What you'll be doing…

Meet with prior shift to go over any issues and what to expect

Meet with team to go over day to day tasks

Time approvals of workers

Work with team on their needs

Might need to look up parts, prints, etc.

Several meets depending on areas

Create end of shift reports showing issues that occurred on shift

Meet with next shift to go over issues on current shift

Installing, modify and keeping equipment running
The right person has…

Associates in engineering
-
8+ years experience
-
Experience With automotive industry
-
Maintenance experience
-
Experience with a unionized environment would be key

Tech savy

Strong communication skills

Team player
