Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a seasoned Marketing Strategist to join on an exciting new project. Your extensive industry knowledge will be pivotal in delivering key insights and strategic recommendations, ensuring our clients brand positioning remains innovative and effective. This role calls for a collaborative spirit, working closely with the Director of Marketing and various internal stakeholders to craft and implement messaging strategies that resonate across all marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Development: Conduct competitive analysis and market trends research to inform strategic decisions.
- Customer Insights: Analyze customer testimonials and gather audience insights through desk research, interviews, and stakeholder conversations.
- Messaging & Positioning: Collaborate with the Marketing Director to create compelling product positioning and messaging.
- Content Simplification: Translate complex data and technology solutions into clear, customer-centric marketing materials.
- Content & Engagement Strategy: Design content and strategies to enhance brand engagement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with the Marketing Manager, Designer, Sales, Global Marketing teams, and local government entities.
- Brand Alignment: Ensure all marketing content aligns with product positioning and messaging.
- Product Marketing Alignment: Align with Global Product Marketing team and US business development teams on product updates and strategic partnerships.
- Research: Ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including focus groups and interviews, to inform marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, with a strong preference for B2B marketing in the mobility ecosystem, technology sector, or government-related projects.
- Critical Thinking: High level of curiosity and critical thinking skills.
- Storytelling: Exceptional ability to synthesize disparate data into compelling narratives.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive Approach: Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset and a commitment to follow-through.
- Agility: Demonstrates agility and the ability to pivot quickly in response to changing market conditions and business needs.
- Cultural & Economic Awareness: Well-informed on cultural and economic trends relevant to government clients, using this knowledge to inform marketing strategies.
