Mid-Market Business Development Account Manager

MUST BE LOCATED IN CHICAGO, RALEIGH, OR DENVER
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for driving new sales from business in the mid-size market space
- Assess customer needs while providing solutions as to why blueStone differentiates themselves within the staffing industry
- Build customer relationships through strategic conversations to understand business objectives and goals
- Prospect to develop new clients and maintain a consistent pipeline
- Meet and exceed activities quota while tracking activity within Bullhorn
- Cold calling experience required
- Responsible for cultivating new business by marketing blueStone to fulfill contract, contract to hire, and direct hire opportunities with clients
- Manage accounts, ensuring client needs are met, problems are solved, and issues are addressed in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Detailed working knowledge of staffing industry
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent interpersonal and sales skills
- The ability to build and maintain mutually rewarding partnerships
- The ability to influence and negotiate through proven sales skills related to client priorities
- Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in using CRM and sales tools to manage account activity and sales pipeline.
- Strong knowledge of IT staffing industry trends, technologies and competitors.
- A willingness to travel to meet with clients and attend events as needed.
Experience:
· 2+ years’ business development experience – senior level candidates
