Description: We're looking for a motivated Civil Engineer with expertise in land development to join our team. As a Senior Project Manager, you'll oversee and manage project teams and provide strategic leadership in the planning, design, and execution of complex land development projects.

Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership in the planning, design, and execution of complex land development projects.
Analyze and implement best practices in engineering design utilizing advanced computer aided drafting software and mapping, including but not limited to Civil3D and GIS.
Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication, understanding their needs, and delivering solutions that exceed expectations.
Collaborate with business development teams to prepare proposals, participate in client presentations, and win new projects.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering; Professional Engineering (PE) license required.
Minimum of 20 years of progressive experience in civil engineering, with a focus on land development projects.
Proven track record of successfully leading and managing engineering teams.
