Software Solutions Architect

What will you be doing?
- Providing application development/integration services to our Department of Technology, Management and Budget and the Michigan Department of Civil Rights.
- Designing, maintaining, developing, and enhancing agency applications within the framework of the State of Michigan System Engineering Methodology (SEM).
- Leading the development, testing, and deployment of application releases, updates, and modifications within a client/server and web server environment.
- Performing an advanced technical lead support role for Dynamics 365/Dynamics CRM systems supporting the MDCR, MSCS, and MiLeap Departments.
- Executing project tasks, including but not limited to, gathering requirements, planning, analyzing, designing, testing, implementation, documentation, and maintenance of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Implementations.

What skills should you bring?
- 3-5 years of extensive experience with MS Dynamics
- PL-600: Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect Certification – Highly Preferred
- 3-5 years of experience with Web Portal and PowerApps
- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce
- 5+ years of experience with Azure DevOps
- 3-5 years of Architect Experience
- 1-3 years of Database Architecture Experience
- 5+ years of Infrastructure/Network and Application Support
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Customer Service Analyst
- 5 years of troubleshooting skills (ASP.NET, HTML, etc.)
Key Technical Skills:
- Dynamics 365 Customer Service, specifically case management
- Knowledge of Power Platform Solutions, particularly Power Automate and Power Pages
- Experience in software development lifecycle for Dynamics 365 and power platform implementations
- Agile Implementation Experience and Experience working with Azure DevOps Backlogs
