- Technical Solution Development: Take charge of the technical specification and implementation of ServiceNow products. Provide expert guidance on technical matters related to ServiceNow function development.
- Solution Implementation: Develop technical solutions, collaborate with developers for implementation, and perform component integration tests.
- Support and Issue Resolution: Collaborate with the development team and ServiceNow to provide support and implement technical solutions to resolve issues promptly.
- Project Coordination: Work closely with the Project Manager to plan roadmaps, sprints, and releases, ensuring project milestones are met.
- ServiceNow Proficiency: A self-motivated team player with a proven track record in implementing and maintaining ServiceNow solutions.
- System Integration: Experience in system integration using web services and web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP.
- Database Skills: Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle)
