We are looking for a Technical Support Analyst to join our dynamic dream team of professionals, to provide top-level technical support and solutions to our clients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Serve as a technical expert, diagnosing and resolving complex computer hardware and software issues.
– Lead and coordinate teams in the implementation of computer hardware, software, and network components.
– Communicate effectively with users, staff, and managers.
– Maintain comprehensive knowledge of computer-related equipment and end-user software.
– Analyze operational problems, investigate solutions, and implement corrective actions.
– Record and report status, teach and assist staff and users.
– Manage projects, provide server support, telecommunications support, and database systems support.
– Enforce security standards.
**How You'll Fit In:**
– You will provide crucial support to end users, maximizing the productivity and efficiency of their computer-related equipment and processes.
– As a technical analyst, you will be instrumental in the implementation of computer technology and automation initiatives.
**Education and Experience Requirements:**
– Bachelor's degree with 21 semester credits in computer science, data processing, computer information systems, data communications, networking, systems analysis, computer programming, information assurance, IT project management or mathematics.
– Two years of professional experience equivalent to an Information Technology Infrastructure or Programmer/Analyst.
– Alternatively, an associate’s degree with 16 semester credits in relevant fields and two years of experience as an application programmer, computer operator, or information technology technician; or two years of experience as an Information Technology Student Assistant may be substituted for the education requirement.
