Position Title: Payment Operations Associate

Work Schedule:
- Hybrid: Onsite on Tuesdays and Thursdays (flexibility negotiable)
- Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (flexible scheduling)

Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Payment Operations Associate to join our dynamic team. This role, not a lead position, requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Payments Team in managing the shared inbox. Key responsibilities include:
- Efficiently clearing/netting documents.
- Managing inquiries received through the shared inbox.
- Handling payment remittances and balance inquiries.
- Processing void check requests.
- Providing email remittance updates to internal and external suppliers/customers.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly and be an agile learner.
Work Environment:
This is a hybrid position, requiring onsite presence on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with flexibility negotiable. The standard work hours are Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, with scheduling flexibility available.
