What you’ll be doing…
- Responsible for driving new sales from business in the mid-size market space
- Assess customer needs while providing solutions as to why blueStone differentiates themselves within the staffing industry
- Build customer relationships through strategic conversations to understand business objectives and goals
- Prospect to develop new clients and maintain a consistent pipeline
- Meet and exceed activities quota while tracking activity within Bullhorn
- Cold calling experience required
- Responsible for cultivating new business by marketing blueStone to fulfill contract, contract to hire, and direct hire opportunities with clients
- Manage accounts, ensuring client needs are met, problems are solved, and issues are addressed in a timely manner
- In-depth understanding of the staffing industry.
- Proven track record of surpassing sales targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal and sales abilities.
- Skill in building and nurturing mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Proficiency in influencing and negotiating to address client priorities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent presentation skills.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills, including multitasking and task prioritization.
- Experience with CRM and sales tools for account management and pipeline tracking.
- A solid grasp of IT staffing industry trends, technologies, and competitors.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and events when necessary.
- A minimum of 2 years of business development experience, with senior-level candidates preferred.
