A leading, private not-for-profit health care system and health care provider with more than one hundred years of service is seeking a Data Analyst to join their team!
This position is remote eligible to candidates located in the United States with the exclusion of the states: Washington, Ohio, Wyoming, and North Dakota.
About The Position:
In this important role, the Senior Business Analytics Consultant will manage reporting/analytics/research solutions portfolios across the business units within the analytics organization. Perform advanced data research, management and analysis, prepare presentations to communicate results, and assist project leaders with development of solutions/tools. Serve as a subject matter expert in reporting/analytics area as needed driving all aspects of the initiative including identifying issues, forming hypotheses, planning and conducting interviews & analyses, synthesizing conclusions into recommendations and helping to implement the solution.
The Ideal Candidate Has:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Data and Analytics, or related field
- Experience with pharmacy data reporting and analytics is a must
- Knowledge of health plan, and specifically retail pharmacy, operations, delivery models, revenue models, and data standards is required
- At minimum basic level technical skills (writing and understanding SAS and/or SQL scripts) is required, expert technical skills is a strong plus
